Natural couple photoshoot in Lucca, Tuscany
A couple photoshoot can be a wonderful moment to remember a special occasion. In this case, Catherine & Skyler, asked me to have some natural photos in the beautiful city of Lucca, in Tuscany.
The couple was spending some days in Lucca on their vacation and wished to have a professional memory of their trip. That’s why when Cat wrote to me, asking me if this city was a good place to shoot, I immediately said yes!
I really love this town: the historical buildings and alleys are really gorgeous as the background for pictures but the characteristic that makes this town unique is its medieval brick walls. These surround all the city and their alleys are amazing for couple photography! The trees cast a beautiful light on the subjects and give a natural look to their skins.
Shooting inside towns usually is not very easy because is plenty of people around and it can be hard to find good free spots. Plus, if there is a crowd that surrounds you it’s difficult to act naturally in front of the lens and you may feel embarrassed thus not natural at all! Since I love shooting natural portraits, I always try to find locations and/or the time of the day that are less crowded, so my couples can feel at their ease in front of the lens.
